problems with conversion of .igs files

hello to all

as from title I have some problem when I amount a .igs file in mastercam x4, in the sense that importing surfaces creates me "defects" in the joints between surfaces... .
Now I was wondering if it was a matter of setting up imports and if I have to put my hands?

hi paolo,no... this is the problem of importing other formats. ...depends on how he created the surfaces who gave you the design and anyway from how many points the cad decided or was induced to create to form the surface. ..piuttosto if it was originally designed with the surfaces try to make it give in step or if you used the solid parasolid test that has x_a or x_b extension....one is for the text files ..I don't remember. I'm personally continuing with the steps.
