problems with dll

Hi, I have a problem with 3ds 2011, when I start the program gives me 3 times this message: "Impossible to find entry point ?getapphinst@resourcemanager@qeaapeauhinstance_@@xz of the procedure in the dynamic link library splash.dll". if I start the program anyway when I import 3ds files it does not recognize them. I thank in advance whoever knows how to give me some news about it.

so in the first joke I would say it could be an installation error. ..try to completely uninstall the program and reinstall it. Maybe occasionally give a clean to the registry (type ccleaner or similar) and make a nice defrag with the utility of windows.
