problems with flat distribution on sheet

Hello everyone,
I find myself struggling with a problem that I would call strange, as I only match it with this sheet made from scratch.
In essence with only one fold "flange of the edge" I can not insert its flat breakdown in the table, always gives me one of the classic views std.

how I guessed the flattening function in the configuration default development She's suspended. reactivate it and go well.
