problems with pallination

Good morning.
no know if the problem is due to a bad configuration of the program, but if I go to reinsert the component table by deleting the one already present, the program no longer creates the balls automatically (usually use "create bubbles per view") and I have to insert them one by one.
Does anyone know how to solve the problem?

the table has "lost" the "region repetition" of the table, so before making the ball you have to go on; table, region repetition, select the table and give ok, from there on the ball will follow that table.
This should be done if you have more tables in the same table.
