problems with texts and writings (windows 7)

Hello, everyone.
I have a problem with v8.5 microstation and windows 7: if I click on the Insert text function the program crashes. This only happens to me with windows 7 (I tried with xp and it works perfectly).

Can you help me?

hi sillup, lucky lap happened to me just yesterday with win 7 to 64 bit in my studio, to solve you simply have to update windiws with a file that is easily found on the net.... I put the text string that gave me as an error on google, and after several searches I found the solution unfortunately I do not have with me the link from where you can download it, you try to search. In any case, I'll be back to work this afternoon if I find 5 minutes of time in this debate, but you'll have to wait for lunch tomorrow
