problems with the refedit command

normal by clicking 2 times on 1 block the block is issued via the refedit command.
from a few days when the block (in autocad 2012), the dynamic lock window opens to me.
someone can tell me if there's 1 variable or 1 setting, why do you come back like before?

normally on your pc...I have always seen opening the block editor (at least since 2006...before did not exist).

Everything normal!
the blockeditlock variable set to 1 prevents, even from keyboard, the opening of the editor, and by double-clicking on the block opens the property window.
with that value of the set variable, you can change the block only locally (refedit command of course, which continues to work, or right-click on the selected block -> change local block).
