process water discharge

Good morning to all,
I introduce you to a problem I'm facing in the company.
we have different production lines that require cooling water (there are no lubricants or special additives).
this water is discharged inside several underground tanks by means of pipes that arrive to gravel (with bugs) of cast iron forati.
the tubes you see schematized are "supported".
Before we shake up an outside company for any work, do we have welded sleeves?

the solution that has been thought would be to fix on the gravel a sheet with welded sleeves, and between sheet and gravel put some foam able to prevent leakage of water.
Do you have experience/ideas about it?

It will be very difficult to find out what you are looking for.
you want specific holes in specific positions with sleeve suitable for your pipes.
If you want not to spill water but without need of sealing, make a omega cover, where the base deep a few cm, enter and descend into the cockpit, while the contour rests on the edges.
the holes to your liking, can accommodate the curves of the pipes.
even if the pipes had leaks, you're sure that all the water enters the cockpit.
