My god, these are out of the world, asking those rates means staying unemployed. You probably can only apply them when the client is a public body...

depends on the area of the country and the type of work, for simple design from my parts lies on 25 euros/h.

the minimum vacation is the correspondent of 110 thousand lire.
I for design with calculations (only calculations) and opinions/loss I go on 50 euros but are few hours at this rate.
the rest much less seen also times and competition (sometimes unfair).
for 25 we are at the limit! a little bit short

the freelance engineer earns little, the employee "depends" but I have colleagues who as employees earn much more than me ...
In short, above 40 euros you can live worthyly, under expenses and other you are drawn ... not to put into account the stakes, the angry, the missing payments, etc.
