profile grooved "millerighe"

Good evening,
I'm a student using as a fusion modeling software.
I have to create a fan for cooling a compressor in my home. this fan is cast on the electric motor shaft through a "millerighe" of which I can obtain as measurements only the external diamer that measures 13 mm.
my question therefore is: since I have to make a 3d model and then create it via 3d printer, how can I draw this grooved profile? I didn't even find unification or any other indication.

make the fan with the hole from 12.5 and then weep it in the tree with the millerighe, the right shape if it takes it alone.

definitely the solution with smooth hole and plant it on a metal shaft will ensure grip and the fan no longer comes away.
Alternatively you can make small triangular grooves by counting the number of rows, to facilitate insertion.
alternatively take the corresponding rule and check the measures.
possibility to use kisssoft for the right millerighe profiles because it provides you with the true profile.
If you expect to remove it, you need to make a plastic ring with a metal clamp.. . .some professional fans do so to adapt to different smooth diameters of trees.

kisssoft, on the other hand, could I already give the profile to use on the cad or should I draw it anyway? (I had never heard of this program).

with that size, I doubt that the 3d printer can approach any profile you can model.

kisssoft provides dxf to export and import into modeler 3d.
effectively you will not be able to appreciate the geometry so small and succeed in making the evolved for a tooth about 0.7mm high
