[profile tangent arc missing]

hi to everyone, for professional reasons I have to inspire to use qil software "catia".
I use version v 5 18.

I started seeing some tutorials starting from the basics.
in one of these, to create a simple profile, use the command "ring arch".

as attached by the images this option does not appear among those at my disposal.
Moreover, if possible, I would also like to make the bar showing all the measurements (e.g. the extreme coordinates of the points of a line, angle and radius in the case of circular elements).
I don't know if I was clear.

Just hold the left button after drawing the line and create a tangent arc.
