Hello.
I should prepare technical documentation for the tender of a complex of 6 offices and 1 parking building.
also the land has shops facilities.
currently the project is divided into following files

land with shops and underground parking facilities
building offices 1
is.u. 2
is.u. 3
is.u. 4
is.u. 5
is.u.6
building parking

for a total of 8 files.

Could you tell me what is the best way for drawings, schedules, etc?

would you do everything from the ground file or for each building you would create drawings in their files?
How do I then link everything together in a unique set of drawings?

you can make a building in its specific file, even for the ground, and then join (link) all in an empty (general) file.
to manage individual files with the general file, you must use the "shared coordinates"
