program to draw tire patterns and export them

Hey, guys, I need a hand. by now me10 and its pc have gone... we have been working for years with solidworks except for the speech tire patterns that we have to realize them again with me10. Can you recommend an app to create tire schemes to be inserted into the management? possibility of using/ interacting with solidworks? at least that it has the possibility to export to dxf (even if so you have to do extra steps) then import it into solidworks and save it so within the management.

but on me10 did you use a specific application? Because if you had only one block library, I think you can export them to me10 and save them in the solidworks format.

I like it, it has some more visio environment, but it does not save in dwg and dxf as visio
