program to make an object 3d interactive

Hi.
do you know if there is a program that makes an object 3d interactive?
I have a cloud of points of an interior dwelling and I would like you to see interactively so that even those who do not own a cad program can observe the object from multiple angles, rotating it, zooming etc.
or the cloud of points or the mesh object.

I looked everywhere but I couldn't find anything.

with autodesk docs (bim360 or acc), including in the aec collection, clouds can be uploaded and viewed on browsers, provided it is a .rcp file
of free I don't think there is anything, even because if we talk about point clouds, we usually talk about gb, and hosting a lot of data so it is very expensive.

I was just trying to find a solution to avoid uploading.
Maybe an application that would allow me to turn the object into an executable exe.
But I think the upload is necessary for rcp files.
If there is such a thing is easier than there is for 3d objects in classic formats, type obj etc etc. and not for point clouds.
