programs for nesting

Good morning to all
if possible you can recommend a program to make carpentry nestings?
my problem is I should help the laser operator optimize the cutting of sheets 3000 x 1500 and maybe prepare the files already with the dxf inserted.. to avoid waste of sheet metal..if possible I would like a free program.. I hope you can help me
