prointralink: asstored-baseline difference

I am migrating data from a prointralink 3.4 system to a plm,
and I needed information:
what is the conceptual difference between asstored functionality and basicline functionality, in prointralink 3.4?

from what I remember (for you don't take it as cast gold ), the baseline produces it when you have a firm point in the project.
from them forward your project has a kind of backup that could be restored if what you are doing did not satisfy you.
instead the asstored is created every time you checchini a file.

extract from the vault a set with the asstored option, means then take into the commomspace all the files that made up that axieme when it was checchinato, with the possibility that if someone updated components you will find obsolete components marked.

all the chechin you've done since you made the baseline are not
interesting and you want to return to the version you considered right
