project coordinates - central point

I would like to ask how to reset the project center around which 3d views rotate
Do I have to change the coordinates or do I have any other way?

I would like that when I click on "high" on the view cube you place me directly on the project. .

from revit's help:
the framed point defines the rotation axis of a 3d view. You can rotate a 3d view around this axis by changing the height of the camera and its focal point.
....
in the project browser, right-click on the 3d view name and click shows camera.
....
the empty blue point is the focal point and the pink point, the framed point.

drag the camera to change the level of the camera. drag the blank blue point to change the focal point around the rotation axis (the framed point).

I was talking about the 3d view of defautl pero, not the camera

cmq I discovered that I had some objects far away from the project
that moved the center of sight
and then turning viewcube I rotated around it
