Good morning to all, I would like to ask you an opinion on a mold that I have designed and that is giving some problem (I attach an image, I hope it is clear).
problems are only aesthetic, in the sense that on the piece above the injection point remains a matt halo.the material is black polycarbonate.
I would like an opinion on the choice I made on the injection point and on the system. I used an injector insert with tunnel entry to be able to place the injection at a point not in sight and avoid manual shoots like matarized cutting etc.thank you all for the time you will devote to me.

hi from what you see or feel
there are 4 prints (those yellow color)
Maybe the whole thing between the figures is too long
I would say to approach the figures as close as possible
and use a hot channel injector
of those crafted
that are realized at the lathe and then we wrap the resistance
you can pass the cold circuit. as close as possible to prints
the opaque halo could also be a non-specific adjustment
time-temperature mold-temperature material etc etc.

the hot injector would put it to eliminate the carrot and reduce the length of the cold stretch if I well understood.
I also think there are problems of adjusting the press, but first I wanted an opinion.
If I had "topped" completely the design of the mold I would have a little difficulty to take of chest the printer.
