project from a point on a distorted surface

Hello.
I wanted to ask if there is a rhino function to project from one point an image on a distorted surface, like a projector projecting through a sheet an image on a more distant tilted surface. like in the attached image.

I use creo, blender, with both you can do

blender I know but I used it little, I'm looking for some tutorials.

However I found this video on youtube, it seems that even with rhino you can do

anamorphic projection in rhino​
