Hello everyone, I am trying to understand if I can optimize the creation and printing of a high number of project publications. I currently operate like this:

1 I created a base test with fixed information
2 I created a sheet in which I use the base head as xrif
3 I created a block attributes with variables type processed name, code etc.
4 copio so many times the xrif test how many are the design processes and for each headboard I insert the attribute block thus changing the specific data
5 for printing I create a layout for each header and start batch printing all at once

Now I wonder if I can optimize something since from project to project the elaborate list also varies in the number and coding elaborated forcing me to systematically repeat points 4 and 5 daccapo for each project.

I use a similar system by creating a "testation" block with the common data to the various layouts (project title, client, study data, project date...) and text fields to edit for each single layout with the specific data of the title table, number and scale.
I never thought of anything else to further optimize everything.

the only optimization that comes to my mind is a lisp that picks the data to be inserted in the folder (headed) but you need to have clear ideas on what you want to get and it is not a feasible list in a few minutes with few lines of code: I believe however, you can find (also on this forum) someone willing to make it... on compensation.

I think that group sheets (sheet sets) of autocad could be the solution to what you ask.
