prompt parameter values at model creation

Hello everyone,
about 20 years ago when I started working with proes, I remember that the program made me appear, when I created a new model, a prompt to insert certain parameters, such as description, material, etc...
at the time I found this thing mostly annoying and I don't remember how, the disabled.
Now I'd like to try and reset it, but I can't...
Can anyone help me?

Thanks for the answer but I don't get what I expect, but you made me think.
I did some tests, but no resolve completely:
this is my situation if you disable "use default mask" as suggested by you:I can't find any parameters.
by doing some tests, the parameters appear to me as you show me, only if imposed as "design" the parameters in my template file "mmns_part_solid.prt".
p.s. I always wondered what that "designa" column needed but I hadn't studied it yet... but this is another matter. . .with the set designa parameters I get this result:already is something, probably enough to me, but what I remember, is that the program asked me individually in sequence the values of the parameters as a prompt.
to give an idea, temporarily reset the confing setting "new_parameter_ui no" to be able to edit a parameter with the "old parameter interface".
So this is what I remember and that I would like to get: the program must ask me with a prompt type interface, as shown in the image below, to insert the values of certain parameters.

"designa" is used for the intralink/windchill type management.
that prompt system to enter parameters was perhaps in wf2 and front versions there is no longer.
If you describe the ending you want to arrive at, many here could help you.

could be pro/program.
I tried what you suggested to me, it approaches the result I seek, but the program proposes to me change the parameter whenever they reborn (ctrl+g).
I try to ask myself only at the beginning of the model... I keep searching... Thanks anyway!
