the province of trento, with the deliberation of the provincial junta 17/06/2010, n. 1429 entered into force on 14 July, has placed the obligation of energy certification, for applications of construction concession, for complaints of beginning activity and for the requests for verification of urban conformity in relation to the following interventions:
new construction buildings;
replacement of buildings;
demolition and reconstruction;
extensions of volumes greater than 20% of the existing volume, limited to new volume;
integral renovation of the elements of the building enclosure, in case of a useful surface greater than 500 square meters.
in the measure the province of thirty punctuality that in the case of transfer in an honorable way of the entire property or of the single real estate unit, not falling within the competences of the province, continue to apply the provisions previewed at national level.
Consequently, the nullity of sales contracts without the energy certification, originally inserted in 1/2008, was terminated.
