the sdkill.exe file is the classic sdkill that provide the software house.Sorry where are these sh handlers? I'd be happy to use it!
what works best to me is that with the red triangle and the green sphere, which opens a window with two options:
- end process in place
- ends modeling
the second is a kind of taskmanager when it's just stuck, and it closes the cad faster than task manager (as last choice)
While the first choice opens a menu where you choose the process to finish, you usually have a multiple choice if you have multiple open modeling or modeling with viewer.
the kill.exe file is like sdkill.exe but perhaps a little more invasive, in fact when installing it appears warning message of windows10 (previously not), but I checked the company that makes us IT support (other than the softwarehouse of the cad) and told me it does as well, in fact never had problems.
as classic sdkill.exe mode you have to click so many times in a row, while others work better if you click 4 or 5 times and wait a bit; I usually when I'm stuck and use them, after identifying the process to be interrupted, launch another modeling (there are 4 with 8 licenses) and while working on the left monitor, I see that right after a while unlocks.
