ptc wildfire 5 problemi con win 7 e win 8

Good evening to all,

I find this forum really interesting to solve problems related to this software, so I enrolled.

work for many years with ptc and still today use wildfire 5 for needs with customers , I had to install this version on windows 7 but it is the same also on window 8.1 and unfortunately there is a problem when there is pre-selection of elements practically the system slows down , in fact after having selected for example a plan , the pre-selection goes away with an incredible slowness making the software practically unusable because too slow.
Is there any configuration to do or is there any incopathy between ptc 5 and win 7 or 8?

I have a hardware dated, I used xp and I had no problem going to win 7, I had to put in the config, opengl option no, I always kept this parameter with yes ....it seems strange to me, I no longer have the problem of slowing down on pre-selection but in "turning" the models compared to the first performance is a little lower.
