put in the table

Good morning, I just downloaded the trial version of sketchup pro 2015 to see if its features collimate with my needs.
I have problems with the table, i.e. the orthogonal projections, groups or components that make up my artifact.
I'll explain better, I'll make build-up stoves in concrete plates that fit each other like a big lego
to make the construction cards I must then make the orthogonal projection with quotation of each single plate (we talk about about twenty parts).
do you know how to do it as quickly and accurately as possible? Maybe there are some useful add-ons in this sense.
