hello to all
I have been using pro/e for several years, casting molds have always made me do it without emptying all the part behind the mold, I was only loading what I needed for positioning the movements but I never made the constant thickness. Now they ask me if there is the possibility of having the constant thickness to have the calculation more or less accurate than the weight of the fusion.
I have always used as mold cavity function but have never used casting cavity,in this function there is the way to make the constant thickness that is usually 25mm?
with emptying is practically impossible especially when the pieces are complex and there are small surfaces that overlap.
Thank you.
I know I'm asking for the impossible but maybe someone has already managed to find a system because now they ask you less and less time and quickly create everything and to do it almost use the whip... .
