quick access toolbar

Good morning to all,

I just installed autocad lt 2019 and have a problem with the toolbar.

with 2018 I customised the first time and was valid for all files I opened... 2019 customizes only for the file that saves and if I open a new one opens the usual quick access toolbar, forgetting my customization.

the same thing happens when I customize the quick settings.

Am I wrong? Is there an alternative way to customize these settings globally? in previous versions, he always applied it to all files.

Sorry I didn't find section lt. the "simon" toolbar is identical to the one displayed.
