Hello.
I use progecad 2009 and I created a quoted block, my problem is that if I try to insert the block into a new layout and try to rotate it, they also rotate the odds together. How do I rotate the block without the odds rooster? I know that if I roar and explode the block the quotas return to the starting position but I would not want to explode the block.
How do I do that?

thanks in advance

You mean you're turning the text? Well, it's normal since in a block it binds the properties of all objects.
the most obvious thing would be to insert the block by freezing the quotas, inserting them into the layout in a new layer.
