quotating three-dimensional elements

salve. ... (cut)... I'm at first with autocad and I've been practicing with the 3d recently, the problem is that I have difficulty in making quotas on the axis z. ... (cut)... if it can be useful the version of cad from me used is 2013 and the design I'm trying to reproduce is that of the attached image. already that there are I attach also an image of the drawing made on cad in order to provide more details, maybe then I am losing in a glass of water. ^^" I thank in advance who will have patience and desire to help me. :

the quotas in autocad always sell drawn on the current uct.
so to make the quota you want (the one in the red rectangle) you have to create a new ucs that has dir x the current z and dir y the opposite of y (command ucs-> new)
after creating the uct (which you can also save with a type name v1) you realize the quota.
then return to standard ucts by ucs -> global
