I'm banging my head, but I can't reverse the numerical position of a quotation compared to the quotation line, that is, I'll explain better, when I turn the paper sheet clockwise by 90° to read the quotas, one of them doesn't follow the correct odour. How can I reverse it?

a similar thing happened to me, but I was listing a circle, so I probably change the type of quota or adding the diameter symbol solve the problem
