"reactivate" regeneration

in a fairly complex set, for a few days, during the regeneration phase I see this window several times with the reactivate phase. Since the time of regeneration has stretched out a lot, I would like to understand why of this new phase, and if possible eliminate it, also because I had never appeared in any of the other projects made over the years.

I have never noticed, but as proof of "9", I suggest that you suppress all components except for the first 2, regenerate and reactivate a few components at a time regenerating a little, doing so, if there is a "fast" component, you should identify it.

The "9" test is the first thing I did, it is a procedure that I always perform at the slightest problem, and usually does not betray me, but in this case did not help me solve the trouble.
in a project I have two identical assemblies, if we suppress the second, leaving only the first, it works ok, the regeneration is very fast. If you activate both of them, the problem I described earlier... very, very strange. I also deleted and reintroduced the under assemblies, but nothing, just wants one.
