the municipality of monte cremasco in the province of cremona, has organized a contest for the realization of a preliminary project on the requalification of the municipal district comprising area parties, sports fields and municipal landfill.
This work must include the revision of existing facilities and the construction of a tennis court and one from bowls.
the projects in competition will be evaluated on the basis of the following criteria:
1) Environmental impact
the final result should not be inconsistent with the surrounding territory.
2) Total cost of works
will have to be in line and within reach regarding the possibility of communal spending.
3) ability to satisfy users who will use the area
a. groups and associations for parties and events
b. boys for sports activities
c. seniors for summer meeting
d. Other.
projects must be deposited by 31 March 2010 at the municipal offices.
the winner of the call will be assigned the task for the drafting of the executive project.
