reduce polyline

I have many designs coming from solidworks converted to dwg, there are 3d views that are made up of many lines and polylines.
to reduce the size I have already used overkill but if I use 3d views are always heavy I believe that the circles are polylinee constituted by multiple segments.
I have already found several lisps as polydiet,lsp or others but little reduce the file and pattern and create segmented parts.
Is there a way to reduce these models?

I looked at the file but it doesn't seem so "big", are about 22000 entities, 700kb is nothing that.

Thanks for seeing .lo I know but then I have to deal with more 3d images like this. I have to explain an installation and will also come 10 ...15 pages in the end putting only that rising image of 400kb you realize if you have to do it several times... .

Unfortunately lighter than so automatically you can't.
are 22000 entities, autocad matters little as long.
you should work on it and delete the things that are there on the other hand but will never be visible because in the press they overlap for the only thickness of the pennines.
sent the 3d model and dxb molds, you could lighten a little but I don't think so much.
