I bought the guide of francolini and in a lesson that does exactly to my case explains how to create profiles and save them with sldlfp dimension in the profile folder but to him everything goes smooth while to me a protection alarm appears.

Can someone tell me how to disable the protection of this path? ?

do so: open from the bread task, in the "freedom of the project-weldment profiles-iso-type that interests you", save it immediately with the new name you want to give it after which you can make all the changes you want.
once you have designed your profile, click on save and the game is done.
