how much you can ask depends on your work skills demonstrated in 5 years, it does not depend on the degree of study or the registration of the register. experience does not measure in years, but in what you can do. I have often entered companies where there were technicians who worked with the cad for 15 years, but without any curiosity, they merely used the commands they had taught to the course and a minimum of tricks useful to extract their work. the same lack of curiosity I noticed in thinking their product. this translates into a work done "to the minimum union" and deserves a salary equally "from the minimum union".
If, on the contrary, your work is passionate about you, you look for and find innovative solutions for your projects, you have a very low error statistics (do not say the bullshit you never do, only those who are at the bar to dust from morning to evening never make mistakes) and you exploit the cad at a high level, so you have a lot of productivity, then you deserve a higher salary and proportional to your high yield. Everything else is in the middle. evaluate what you can do, compared to the average of your internal and external colleagues you know and draw your consequences.
