normally the dynamic section is aimed at the analysis of the inside of parts, so it is only graphic and very fast, while the cut or pocket in the product is not.

do not expect miraculous solutions that cut all parts in one shot only, the system will ask you to select the parts you want to cut and in cases like yours, where in one part you have more body and surfaces, the system will cut only what at that time is active, so every time you will have to activate in the part the object to cut and repeat the operation. . .

then in assembly design, load the parts into the product, and create a part with the cutting profile (a surface but could also be a simple plan), then from the menu/i insert/features of assembly, use or size or pocket.
