repeat a geometry along a path and import various geometries

I have already used "arrays" several times to mirror or repeat objects compared to an axis

I would, however, need to duplicate many times a series of spheres (say of the flanked spheres placed in a single row) along a path shaped like them to a tot of spacing each other

How can I do that? suggestions?

in the environment part you can directly use the sketch (repetition guided by the sketch), as from image.
in the environment together I think there is a support component with a function to use for repeating guided by the function, but on this maybe there is a better method.http://help.solidworks.com/2011/ita...dworks/assembly2/hidd_dve_comppat_derived.htm
