replace y axis with c axis

I have a 5-axis table-table machine I have to perform a particular that exceeds the running dimensions of the machine or y+ y- x+ but "I would have to succeed" to perform the processing in x negative by turning the axis c and remaining with the x axis in negative, in practice as a lathe.
of course I only have x8 mastrecams with only the fresa package.
Can someone tell me what mastercam operation to use and how to set it to perform processing?
I have available the multi-axis package and a post that runs 5-axis work continuously.

basically I have to perform a disk in which I have to fresare of 5mm and 7.5mm wide channels to 360° so for all the circumference of my disc

Hi, I don't know if I understand, but just use an advanced multiaxis, parallel processing. ..practically it becomes a lathe, the tool stands still and does not go in the end and the piece turns.. .
