restore the multifunction bar

good evening to all, working on autocad is suddenly gone the top bar with all the commands (I don't know how well it is called). I probably touched something and didn't notice. How can I do to restore all commands? I autocad 2021 in English

have you tried to change interface with the wheel on the bottom right by choosing for example "autocad 3d" and then return to the interface you were using?
