restructuring ibd

Hi.
I am trying to use the ibd renovation following this video.... . https://www.youtube.com/v/vnmcbn1mfiu?version=3&feature=player_detailpage ..... I do all the steps but when I convert the elements into "demolition" instead of disappearing as it happens in the video become yellow, and if I change the "type design" from "project state" to "restructuring" nothing happens, everything remains unchanged.
What am I wrong with?

You need to check the layers. when using the special function for renovations, in this case to define a demolition, attribute a type of graphic display to the element, in practice yellow color. At the same time, you also need to assign a layer on which the elements will be moved (you do it in the function properties). if the demolition layer is turned off, when I touch the element to be demolished with the active function, the "magic" happens, in practice the elements disappear because they move on the off layer.
