I share with the forum my goal: create a nurbs surface from a stl file, which appears as attached.

premise: I am not a dragon in solid modeling or reverse, I tried with geomagic without getting a spider from the hole.

I would like to do it with rhino, to get to simple surfaces.
the nurbs I need to make changes to the model, in the area of the feet.

does not seem to be a difficult modeling to make...move the stl (if it is not huge size)

I would say that the areas that need to be accurately respected are the two sides

Yes, the critical part is the "incastri", especially that I would like to make editable to adapt it to different models.
violins are not very different from each other, but enough to need more than one profile.
