to all,
I share with the forum my goal: create a nurbs surface from a stl file, which appears as attached.

premise: I am not a dragon in solid modeling or reverse, I tried with geomagic without getting a spider from the hole.

I would like to do it with rhino, to get to simple surfaces.
the nurbs I need to make changes to the model, in the area of the feet.

thanks to all and good day

does not seem to be a difficult modeling to make...move the stl (if it is not huge size)

I would say that the areas that need to be accurately respected are the two sides

Good morning mariuss.r,
Here's the file from the coaster.

Yes, the critical part is the "incastri", especially that I would like to make editable to adapt it to different models.
violins are not very different from each other, but enough to need more than one profile.

Thank you very much

again good morning to all.
I try again: if someone in the forum please collaborate on "reverse" themes in music (classical and not only) can contact me directly.
we also accept "didactic" suggestions (tutorial, training courses, books..)

Good day
