revit 2010: scalanatue, extrusion hosted, grondaia? ? ?

Hello, everyone.
I haven't gotten used to the new version of revit!! !
the question is this: in revit 2009 there was in the modeling tab a series of commands (until the modification of the family) concerning the extrusions, the scaling, the gutters on the perimeter....and more. in revit 2010 where I can create a scaling (I need to make niches) without necessarily changing the family of the wall in question?? ? ? ?

now you find them in the menus of their families
in :
- start»build»muro, find : grooves and extrusions (of walls)
- start»build»tetto, find : grondaia, band, intradosso (of the roof)
- start»build»floorboard, find : floorboard

the problem is that if I start drawing a wall nalla tab start>build>muro, the sections of scaling and extrusions are off. so, if I want to change the wall at a later time to create a niche, I can't find...just "see" the command in question!! ! ! !
help...
