today revit 2011 has planned, browser windows and full screen properties!
I contacted my dealer, very helpful:biggrin:, he advised me to uninstall everything and reinstall it also through a procedure that provides manual deletion of all ke folders and system keys.

I installed and reinstalled 10 times minimum, but the problem with a certain user of the user did not disappear.
after a day of trial I made the decision to delete the user profile!

for 10 minutes everything ok, then the problem is represented (porca ...... paletta)!:angry:

I have already tried to use the 2008 interface but nothing to do, it also converts this to full screen

same thing to me too...
the browser window occupies the whole screen under the command bar,
if I open the property window and move the pointer the screen becomes black for a few seconds ...
if I try to close the windows browsers and properties, then I see the working windows, all overlapping;
if I enlarge one and then I open the browser window, this occupies all the space;
double-clicking on the edge of the browser window, this 'superappone' to the work window, hiding a part, and I can't help them.
I tried to work a bit, but changing the properties of a revit material goes in tilt and closes.

I opened the autodesk report today through subcription contract, I hope they give me a waxy and effective answer, evaluated all the money they want between updates and sub contracts....

the test user solved the problem for the first 10 minutes, then it all came back as before!

have us do it for you:
download and run the following script on your computer:

look is a very simple operation in fact autodesk indicates both a link and a manual procedure of removal of keys.

actually downloading the file contained in the link automatically executes the procedure described in manual.

you recommend downloading the file and performing it on the user profile that does not work and on the administrator profile, asks you a lot of confirmation (go quiet and confirm everything)....

is a procedure that takes 5 seconds and no manual intervention, so you can start with the 2011 file!!!!!!! :finger:

Yes, I struggled because I was wrong:
with windows 7 you need to execute as administrator the reset program of the revit interface, otherwise some files are not deleted....

But to be honest in the last 2 weeks I have used very little revit 2011, because I am carrying out a complex and urgent work...
and I need to have no surprises of any kind, so I can't tell you with certainty if the problem is finally solved;
I managed to reset the revit interface, bringing it back to normal,
but only in the future, I will constantly know how to tell you if the problem has finally disappeared. ... maybe at the end of next week I'll give you an update.
I saw an update coming out.
I will have to see that even installed, it may be that it contributes to the solution of the problem.
