revit does not see the dedicated nvidia card

hi to all work with revit with a laptop that besides the shared card also has a dedicated, I noticed that going in hardware options of revit always brings me the integrated card even if I as settings of the laptop I put as default the external nvidia card, even in the settling of the nvidia panel I set the exe of revit to open with the nvidia card and not dedicated I always see loaded the shared card
Has anyone happened? How can I solve this? the video card is updated to the latest driver available on win 10
