I have a problem with the roof. .
I go to property, property of type, material and choose a material to be displayed on the roof.. .
when I make the render this appears on the roof section ...
Someone could tell me what I'm wrong with... ? ? ?

I don't see the picture.
... it is possible that the stratigraphy of the roof consists of only one material, therefore:
- assigns to the roof the correct stratigraphy laterizio, insole cls, insulating, tiles, and assigns to each of the layers its material...
