revit : room not encloded come si risolve?

I added a new factory body to a building, but in entering the rooms I found this problem. I select room and exit a rectangle with the written room not enclosed and do not automatically take the area of the room I can change it... this does not everywhere but only in some areas.. never found anything like that. you know how to solve it and what it depends on?

do you have local levels/quotas other than other locals?
all walls, floors, times, etc. are set on "local limit"?
etc. the solutions are multiple post an image with plant and section and describe better how you added this second body
