hi to everyone, I would need help, I recently downloaded the rhino test version because finalmnte uin company decided to buy a specific software for surfaces.
I have a probllema that I can't really solve two or the truncated command and extend.
I ask you if I have two surfaces of a model as I do to:
- first what to extend the surface to the perfect intersection with the cutting one?
- How come the truncated command never works for me?
I carry the two surfaces I want to extend and cut.
the sup. 1 I must extend perfectly on the 2
the 2 becomes the cutting surface and then cuts the 1 extended.

the cutting surface had to be as long as the surface to be cut
check that in the various cutting options there is the possibility to insert " tangent propagation" or something similar
otherwise you need to create appropriate cutting curves

Bye! sup 2 can never cut the sup1 because the second is smaller; Make sure to extend the cutting surface throughout the width of the surface to be truncated.
