rimuovere service pack 2 inventor 2010

Here's the damage!
How do I detonate it?
on the "readme" file of the service pack 2 there is:

"known issues related to the uninstallation of the service pack 2"

but I can't find the way to start, in installation applications trying to reinstall it proposes correction or uninstallation.

all this because to install the "inventor2010_subadvantagepack_ita"
asks me to have on the service pack 1

I didn't understand anything. Why do you want to uninstall it? If I understand why you didn't install the sp1 first?
if it is not impossible because if the sp1 is not installed, the installation of the sp2 is interrupted... in other words if you installed the sp2, the sp1 had to be installed by force.
However to see it in "install applications" you have to choose at the top "show updates"
