I would like some advice on the best method of rebuilding the attached file.
It is a file derived from a 3d scan.

I don't have much experience on reverse. .

you should ask in the reverse section of the forum. solidworks is not very comfortable with this type of operation and the scan to 3d plugin is made only to say "we also have it", but unsuitable to this type of work.

Anyway for now I started with a spiline by repassing the contours and then creating a surface... .

I have retaliated it in geomagic design x but comes a crap, the regions that come out are all jagged, what software did you use?

I don't know. I've been through this.
probably the piece from which it was all ruined?
Would you be able to pass it with the reference plans placed at the center of geometry?
