I don't know the rotational molding well, the injection molding itself and I guess they're pretty similar. the color of the detail determines the material, if needed, you use master to color it of the desired shade.
if use of recycled depends on the state of the material that has been recycled. if it was all of the same color you will get that shade again, if they were particular of various colors it will be impossible to get a predetermined color unless it is a black, which you will get with appropriate master.
