I put my problem to you: I made the cad of a 5-axis cnc by imposing the constraints in kinematics. the spindle of the real machine rotates around one axis at intervals of one degree and rotates around another ace at intervals second multiples of 3°. therefore the rotation around the two axes is not continuous. I don't know the method of imposing these corner steps, so I ask for your help.

I'm sorry I didn't understand, the 5 axes are working or positioning?

I suppose they're positioning otherwise you couldn't do a 5-axis processing continuously with that discretization. In this case the problem does not exist because you have to do work only with a fixed axle.

I recommend a simple model of friars by modeling the table and axis and by binding it with variable axes. every time you make a program import and use the head of the model to select the direction of the tool axis.
